Nitin Kumar

Nitin Kumar is a printmaking artist from India working with woodcut, etching, lithography, and installation. He completed my MVA in Printmaking from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2026 after earning my BFA from the Government College of Art, Chandigarh. His artistic practice is inspired by everyday experiences, labour, migration, memory, and the changing realities of urban life. Through printmaking, he explores ideas of movement, repetition, and human resilience. He is particularly interested in pushing the boundaries of traditional printmaking through experimentation with materials, scale, and spatial presentation.
